On or around 14 Jan, Garmin Connect made a dramatic improvement to its Health Kit integration. Before 14 Jan it was so bad that I’d turned off most of its write permissions.

Now:

- Recorded weights now have the correct time
- HR is updated every few minutes
- Active Energy is no longer a single data point updated only at 23:59

It’s still not as complete as Rungap’s HK data (Rungap writes map routes and splits), but at least it’s now usable.
